My coaching involves mental fitness…that comes before the physical fitness even happens! If you are not mentally and emotionally fit, you will not be able to get the benefits from the diet and detox.

A coach is going to give you tools so you don’t defeat yourself mentally and emotionally so you can get all the benefits from the physical–the exercise and the eating plan.

  • Live Blood Evaluation (results given immediately) using high-resolution dark field microscopy to observe live blood cells.
  • Complete evaluation of health and lifestyle, including sleep, diet, and stress management.
