My belief system, the Simple Healthy Living philosophy, has always been that getting healthy and staying healthy should be a simple and very affordable process

Getting healthy shouldn’t require extensive medication, expensive supplements, or thousands of dollars of treatments. 

If you go back to the basics, it should be a very simple, inexpensive process that can last for your entire life. 

As friends, family, and potential clients are learning about the Simple Healthy Living method, they always ask the same questions: Do we have to take any supplements, any ayurvedic medications, or any other things? 

My answer is NO.

The next thing they ask is, “So then how do you help us with our health?’

 My answer is very simple:

I look at your overall health and your lifestyle. I create a customized health plan that starts with cleansing and detoxing your body of all the toxins and blockages. This Includes a deep detox at the cellular and lymphatic levels, as well as cleansing the gallbladder, liver, kidneys, and entire digestive system.

The next step is that we use food as medicine, to get you out of medicines.

We find the right foods that provide nutrition and healing, and we add them to your daily lifestyle while removing food that has caused some of the health issues. 

What has happened to most of us is we got in the habit of eating food that has gotten us to a level of sickness. 

I will use good food as medicine to get you off your expensive medications. Once your body is healed and working well, you will no longer require medications.

How do I know? Because I did the same thing for myself. After years of feeling awful, struggling with my health, and relying on 5 or 6 different medications at a time, I am completely off all medication.

When we fall down and break our legs, we use crutches to support us. When our broken bones are healed, we let go of the crutches. 

The same analogy can be applied to medication and healing: we use medication now, for short-term, acute issues, and use good food, detox, and cleanse so your body can heal. Only then can you rid yourself of the medication – just like you would rid yourself of the crutches when your legs are healed.

As long as you continue to make the Simple Healthy Living changes your permanent lifestyle, you will continue to stay healthy. 

This is how Simple Healthy Living works: it helps you get healthy without supplements, vitamins, or expensive herbs. We just use whole food plant-based (Vegetables, Fruits, Beans, Legumes, Nuts, Soup & Salad) to help you regain and keep your health. With lots of variety and flavors and spices to make it yummy and you get slim trim and healthy. How about that?
