Rajesh guided me through a 5-day fast that was physically and emotionally cleansing. I work from home for the most part as a university professor, so it was relatively easy to stick to the regimen. I drank fresh squeezed lemon juice diluted with filtered water each day, every two hours, and also drank water every 30 minutes in between the lemon juice drink. In addition, I completed a flush on days 2 and 3, where I drank 32 Oz of water with 2 teaspoons of salt each day in the morning (within a 10 minute interval).
For the most part, my energy remained strong. I was able to maintain my work schedule with ease. The lemon juice mixture really helped. While I was a bit sluggish on Day 3, I felt great Day 4. I’m now noticeably more efficient and effective in my daily life. I’m also eating very well. I’m following Rajesh’s simple diet, which is really clean and non-acid forming. I recently found out that I have celiac disease, so I really need to adhere to a strict, whole food diet free of gluten. This will help immensely. I’m eternally grateful to my good friend and meditation brother, Rajesh.
Thank you! I would add that I lost 8 pounds in the process and now don’t find myself craving food. I eat to nutrify myself, not to satisfy my cravings. I know that when I’m stressed, it will be harder to maintain this program, i.e., the simple diet. But I’m very committed to it, and working with you, Rajesh, has been so helpful. You simplify the process, provide insight and positive reinforcement, and simply help me feel as if I’m not alone in this journey.
